Beverly Hills Mint handles both Purchase and Refinance  Owner Occupied Property transactions.

Owner Occupied properties consist of the landlord being the tenant of the building. In cases where the landlord occupied 51% or more of the building the landlord is eligible for 90% Loan to Value on purchase transactions with BELOW market rates.

In this case a bank will put up 50% of the debt, and the SBA will put 40% leaving the Borrower to put the remaining 10%. A great way to leverage yourself into properties. SBA loans do have limits. Currently the SBA Portion can not exceed $2,000,000.
