Interest rates really range on your tax return strength and liquidity including LTV on the property itself.

For purchase transactions over $1,000,000 we are still doing 80% Loan To Value.

For Loan amounts over $10,000,000 the LTV will be capped at 65%. Their are exceptions here, but it is rare.
