Retail Buildings have various distinctions. Their are:

  • Single Tenant NNN Properties
  • Multi Tenant NNN Properties
  • Grocery Anchored shopping centers. (Or other Anchors)

Depending on the Class of the building lenders use a 1.20:1 - 1.30:1 DCR. In certain instances we are about to go to a 1:1 DCR.
